ولا تزال تواجه صعوبات مستمرة في الحصول على النصوص المترجمة من إدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات في الموعد المحدد.
Continuing difficulties are being experienced in obtaining translations from the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management in a timely fashion.
وأعرب عن أمله في أن توزع النصوص المترجمة في موعد مناسب للنظر في التقارير المعنية.
He hoped that the translations could be distributed in time for the consideration of the respective reports.
ويعزى ذلك أساسا إلى عدم توفر النصوص المترجمة إلى الإنكليزية و/أو الفرنسية التي يتعين على دوائر الترجمة التابعة لإدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات إتاحتها.
One of the main reasons was the lack of translations in English and/or French to be supplied by the translation services of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management.

فالواقع أن حرية التعبير قائمة في السودان؛ ويمكن عضاء اللجنة أن يتأكدوا من ذلك باطع على النصوص المترجمة لمقات الصحافة اليومية.
The reality was thus that freedom of expression existed in the Sudan; members of the Committee would be convinced of that fact if they could acquire translations of the daily press.
10 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يعمل على تزويد جميع مراكز العمل بالموظفين المناسبين والرتب الملائمة بغية توفير مراقبة مناسبة لجودة النصوص المترجمة خارج المنظمة؛
Requests the Secretary-General to provide at all duty stations the adequate staff and grade level with a view to ensuring appropriate quality control for external translations;
و) يجوز نشر القوانين والمراسيم واللوائح التنظيمية والأوامر والاتفاقات والقرارات وقرارات المحاكم والهيئــات الإداريـة، وكذلك النصوص المترجمة رسمياً لهذه النصوص، شريطة التقيّد بالنص الرسمي المنشور؛
